There are currently 20 Mexico ports with scheduled cruise visits in the next couple of years, although there are a couple more ports that ships have previously visited as well. Likewise, Santa Rosalia has no scheduled voyages, but cruises have called there in the past. The port of Cancun can only handle smaller ships, and so doesn’t tend to get many cruise visits.
If your cruise ship docks in Punta Langosta, the town of San Miguel is right across the street from the pier. When docking at the International Pier aka TMM or Puerta Maya, the cruise traveler will have to get a taxi to San Miguel ($8 per person each way up to 4 passengers). Rafael E.
